About us:

The Stables Gallery opened its doors way back in 1977 inside Gladstone Park
serving local art groups and eventually graduates from art schools.
We used the old horses bays for displaying artworks
and the upstairs for performances and events.

Sadly we held our last art show inside the Stables Gallery
and Arts Centre
at the end of 2010. Afterwards we became the
Stables In Exile being involved in local festivals and
pop-ups within the Borough of Brent. Our current home is
St.Catherine’s Church Neasden after being invited to use the space in 2015.

Since then we have held regular art exhibitions doing what we do best:
Promoting emerging artistic talent. Every year a few lucky artists
are able to use our venue for their first solo show which is an essential
platform for an art career. Our group shows also provide a great
opportunity for artists at different stages of their careers to exchange ideas.
